Phone Ringer Volume maxing out

Hi

FL Cupra Ateca issue whereby my iPhone ringer volume will max out when connected to the cars Bluetooth. I usually only notice it’s done it when my alarm goes off in the morning!!Same phone (iPhone 11) was never an issue coming from a mk7.5 golf.

I’ve had a quick google search and see it’s also an issue with some Skoda and Audi but can’t see any fix for it.
Can anyone assist with a fix for it?
