I have owned my Seat Ibiza 2011 1.6 Tdi since 2015 now

I have had an ongoing problem where the glow plug system light will come on and start flashing. My revs will then not be able to increase over 2500rpm and have loss of power(turbo not kicking in??). This also causes the emission control system to light up.

This problem has been ongoing since I purchased the car

Previous work done:
Had the DPF cleaned around 10,000 miles ago. Got rid of it for about 2000 miles but then came back on
Renewed the DPF pressure sensor 2 months ago
Cleared Codes 2/3 times

Any ideas are welcome

Have you changed the glow plugs?

not to my knowledge, would the garage not have thought about it as the first thing to check?
