Poor brakes 2012 Leon Supercopa

Hi everyone
Bought a leon supercopa 170 derv 2012 plate a few month ago and think the brakes are really poor .
My old diesel sri zafira would be able to out brake the leon.
What's the best pads / discs to use to replace?

The OEM brakes are pretty good.

Has your car ever had the brakes changed? It should also have the fluid changed at 3 years.

Had the fluid change last year according to the service history.
It's been back twice to the dealers and they said the brakes are fine.
They fade for fun under heavy braking.
The discs look like they probably could do with a change.
Being 312mm discs I thought it would stop on a sixpence ha ha.

I find them okay, however I will replace with Ferodo DS2500 pads when pads need to be changed.

Always found mine bad, maybe it's a grey car thing...I want to upgrade to 340s
