Poor Service

My Leon FR TDI went in for it's first service four weeks ago. Whilst it was with the dealership it was scratched on the passenger side front and rear doors, the service manager came out, looked at the car and accepted responsibility.

Four weeks later he won't return any of my calls despite his colleagues promising he will.

The sales side of the dealership were very good to me but the service side just blatantly ignore me! No point in contacting Seat customer service as they will just say it's between me and the dealer!

I would give them a call and see what they say to be honest and/or speak to the dealer principal.

dude why dont you go down there in person and demand an answer.

its alot harder to ignore / lie to somones face.

but i guess it might have to be a weekend

Ring the DP or GM demand to speak to him, this will get youa speedy response, or write to them telling them if you dont contact you with in 7 day you will bill them for the repair.

Thanks for your replies, someone from the dealerships bodyshop came round this morning and looked at the car, at least things are moving now!!
