Positive boost deviation

ok so itsover boosting STILL!

it has standard mapping, ramair induction (with feed and silver casing off at the mo) and forge 007p

ive tried maf, n75, coolant sensor, (cant see any leaks but...)

what logs on vag com should i run?

where should i look for a leak?

dump valve is new too... its all getting to me now ive sent best part of 180 quid trying to get it boosting right and it just keeps going back to soft limp...

p.s when its not hittin limp mode like if i clear the error itl run for 2 3 mins b4 itl hold 8 psi and not drop off in 3rd/4th hence not thinking theres a leak :s

Was that 'foot' to the floor Ian? The delivered boost is never actually meeting the requested for some reason....

tht was foot down in 3rd mate, it momenterilly boosted to 7/8 as i put foot down the cut back :s

N75 duty cycle seems really low.

I wonder if anyone has adjusted the wastegate actuator? Can you take some measurements to compare to another ibiza?

I think it's low because it's not remapped Phil...

yeh its standard mapping, waste gate hasnt been fiddled with as was working when i got it... stuck for ideas
