Problem with the car at high ambient temperatures

I have a strange problem. it loses momentum (as if I let and press the accelerator) when the car is in the sun and it is very hot temperature.
Οnly when the car is moving. I understand it more in the first second and third gear.

So hard to diagnose because it could be a million things and may or may not have anything to do with ambient temperature.

Silly question but what car is it? Petrol? Diesel? Engine size? Gearbox? More information may help
