raising my idle speed

cam someone raise my idle speed please. or give me directions on how to do it and i'll take it to a local garage and see if they can decifer it

i am located in trowbridge, wiltshire and willing to travel within 30/40 miles to get it done

i upgraded my pd130's dogbone engine mount and the chugging at idle is doing my head in
