The rattle in my boot I get when I boot it, think the Milltek vibrates alot, but also the plastic interior of the boot itself, (the bit that opens) can be loose, number plate foam is good for this, or silicone.

BEAKER: I've just sorted that one mate. If you take out the plastic piece in the passenger footwell hel on by 2 screws you can look up and under the glove box and you will see a metal box type of thing. Its loose in mine and if you move it about the chirping stops.

Bill Brockbank told me how to remove the glovebox by removing the hinges of the glove box and also the screws inside.

I can't for life of me see how you can get the hinges out?

If we could get the glovebox out we could secure that metal box thing so that it wouldnt rub.
