re-map for leon... ideas please?

i have the Leon stylance sport 2.0tdi 140bhp. i want it faster now!! ive had the Leon for over a year now an only recently do i feel like i want more. its kept me happy an now im looking for a bit more excitement after xmas.. any good ideas what i can do as i havent tuned any of my cars before.... thanks guys
