Rear Beam Mounting Bush

I'm looking to buy some polybushes for the rear beam and I have a quick question:
what is the correct Cupra R rear bushing diameter?

69mm (apparently equivalent of 1J0 501 541 D)
or
72mm (apparently equivalent of 1J0 501 541 C)

One last thing - since it's the rear bushes, should I get normal PU or sport (stiffer) ones?

golf r32 and some audis are 72
little tip take the back subframe off much easyer

Have you looked into solid rear bushes?

ive got sold rear bushes got them from gsf tenner each

out ring is metal but the rubber bit is solid

i just went in becose its only 10 mins drive from were i live

The solid ones I;'m speaking about is a machines piece of aluminium/alloy

think they are poly 1s but they will be easyer to fit becose each bush is in 2 pieces

not sure on powerflex ones have heard there a bit harsh. got the full set of superpro on my tdi, not harsh or much more vibration than oem bushes.

people got split opinons on the poly bushes if you dont track your car i wouldent bother with poly bushes
