The rear electric sliding doors on my Alhambra do not close properly on cold mornings.
It only happens when it is below freezing. I guess that ice is stuck somewhere because as soon as the car is warm, the doors close properly.
Has anyone else had this problem?

They had this problem in of the reviews, I believe it was a magazine or something. Same thing. The doors could not close properly when cold. The Seat service must have some tips on how to minimize this.

Is the issue with the lock engaging or are the door not fully engaging shut?
In any case using a suitable lubricant that doesn't freeze will help. Personally I would use a marine lubricant as these are designed for sub-zero temperatures. You should be able to get these online or from your local marine stockists. :)

Hi, I know this is an old post but my nephew has a 2015 Alhambra owned since almost new and has just in the last 2 days started getting this problem, just very cold weather not snow and only light frost. The door tries to close and the front seems to engage but when the rear part tries to close it comes back open, when it warms up all is ok, I haven't seen it myself but this was described to me. Any help to solve the problem greatly appreciated.
