Rear seat belt mechanism

Hi,

My rear passenger side seat belt has got stuck and won't pull out or retract back. Any ideas?
Does the top panel covering the belt come off easily?
I've looked and there seems to be two screws in the boot area going into the side of the car (near the boot light) and one screw going back into the boot area, behind the seat. Is this all there is?

Just want to be sure before I go pulling it out and break any clips etc...

that is indeed all there is - and a load of clips, but it pulls off fairly easily.

when mine did this i folded the seat forward giving it a little bit slack to unstick its self
