removing end of dash panel

Hi Guys trying to hard wire a dash cam to seat leon 2016 . it seems i need to ground the wire to a bolt under the end of the dash, how can I remove the end without damaging it, thanks

Little plastic pry tool trim remover worked for me. Wouldn’t be able to tell I’d been in there.
People may recommend a screw driver wrapped in a. Cloth. I didn’t want to risk it, but it may work.
