resetting service indicator

2013 Leon 1.6tdi
indicator says service now. Have done. So I switch off remove key and hold odo button in, switch on ign and the sign says service now. let the button go and it says reset, push button again and switch off. but service light still on. What am i doing wrong?

Don't know. Just buy a Carista dongle!
