I was so sad to hear of this. my brother had the pleasure of meeting her several years ago at the ring and he was surprised by her enthusiasm and the amount of time she spent chatting with him.

I'll never forget the time she tried to take that transit around the ring in under 9 minutes...

So sad to hear this. I am a massive fan of Sabine, the queen of the Nurburgring. She made fast drivers look very ordinary, made a transit van get round the ring nearly as quick as Jezza Clarkson in a 3.0 Jag.
R.I.P Sabine, I hope they name a part of the Nurburgring course in your honour.
