Route Guidance not active

Hi

RNSE unit has worked without problems for years but recently I get the message “Route Guidance Not Active”. Map shows the correct location so system is seeing satellites. Checked in settings that Voice Guidance is on and tried with a previous CD but still nothing.

Any ideas ?

Tried a reboot. Long press on on/off ?. I'm mib2 so I don't have any other ideas.

Thanks. Have given it a try but still not working. Will have a look at the Engineering menus over the weekend and see if there is anything that needs changing.

It seemed to come up on Audi boards but they were early connected cars. Skoda, Seat and VW would the ones to look at if anything was being said that was useful.
