It doesn't matter where you live you should be able to get some answers and reasoning behind what they did and what can they offer to fix it.
Trust me, when they are faced with the facts (mostly gathered here on forum) they become very friendly questioning how you know all of that. Happened to me with replacing foggy and watery back light cluster - first they denied it, then they said they will check which they didn't, in the end I presented them with the fact that Seat issued a note to replace those lamps under warranty and they did it imediatly appologizing n shocked how I knew this. Most of the people come unimformed (they don't read this forum

) and stealers don't give a s***
Same thing with your issue, face them with the facts where USB should be (my friend has aug15 leon with USB in front of the gear knob not in the glove box like mine) and the fact of higher resolution scrreen and better unit in general and they will do something trust me.
In my country Seat is pretty good when handling complaints (partially because they are owned by Porsche Austria) given a fact that we are pretty much asswhole of the world and very unimportant market to Seat.
