I would have not knowing that it might not work. £640 is a bit much to spend just to see. Hopefully Forge will give us a bit more info.

even allard use a pretty big fmic for their fabia 100 kit , it also has the wee turbo kyle , u know the one thats smaller than the 130 ,, as in the vnt 15 compared to the 17 , the numbers tell the size u are aware of this kyle :p

i've had it remapped by custom code and the green panel filter/cupra air intake. . . should be around the 135/140 mark with afew more miles on it

Im sure JBS said they where seeing 145 from the 100pd with custom code

If you get it RR'd then let me know cos I doing the exact same as you but hopefully with a FMIC (please forge)

The difference between a stock 100pd and a 130pd is the hose fittings, the front end should be identical other than this minor difference.
We have tested already with different core sizes on the 130 diesels and found that going bigger does not always aid the cooling, it just induces more lag which cuts in to the already limited power band of a diesel engine. We now have a pretty good idea of the core sizes required in order to get the balance between cooling and throttle/engine response. We will probably adapt the fabia kit in the same way to fit the 100pd versions.

i suppose just mounting one the same size as standard in the front would show gains as it's more in the air flow rather than stuck in a corner behind a fog light.
so in that case i would need :-

1, a couple of lengths of alu tube

2, a bit of samco hose

3, a couple of cable ties

4, a roll of gaffer tape

how hard can it be ? ? ? ? ?

or forge could knock something up for me ! you know if they wanted to ? ?

PLEASE ! ! !

If you're worried about leaving your car at Forge don't be. They'll take excellent care of it while they have it and I even got mine back washed. Not sure whether they were trying to tell me something though...

Richard, I'm guessing you'll want something with the standard bumpers on though to make sure it all fits though?

Car and keys were handed over at 11.30 this morning so watch this space. . .

I have got to say though the workshop and manufacturing area at Forge were absolutly SPOTLESS. . you could eat your dinner off the work bench.! !

Very,Very impressed with the whole place. .

Well I won't be able to go and get it till next friday,Because of work.
Richard said it may be done sooner, as another car that was going in for development didn't turn up.I think he said a Skyline.
I was too busy drooling over the shiney intercoolers that were dotted around the place.and inparticular a HUGE pile that was marked up for SCN group buy.
He's a fantastic bloke that certainly knows his stuff.I couldn't stop long because my wife was waiting to bring me back home.
But we discussed having it remapped (again) to make the most of the FMIC.
When I got home I phoned the Derv doctor and he said that with a FMIC and a phase two remap 150-160bhp could be possible.
