So the car started out as a 1.4 petrol ...
Project for 2013 was a 2.9 engine (190hp) from a Golf 3. The project was finished in 2013 April.

Here is the car specs:

Engine
2.9 liter, from a 3rd gen. Golf syncro '97
190 ps stock

Suspension:
KW Variant 1 Coilovers (from Golf Vr6 2.8)

Brakes:
Vr6 Brakes
288mm Front Vented
232mm Back


Exterior:
stock

Wheels :
front : Porsche 7.5' on 195/40 R17 tires
back: Porsche 8.5 on 205/40 R17
Rims painted in lime green.


Interior:
Audi S3 interior full electric front and back seats
Seat Cupra 2011 model Steering Wheel

I will post some photos with the progress.

Now 2014 has come, the project for this year is a 3.2 engine from an Audi TT 250hp with a double clutch DSG gearbox.

Thank you guys, I think this is a bit different than all the 1.8t out there. Will be posting some new pics as the project goes further.

Sorry front wheels are 7j wide not 7.5

Still searching for a good solution for the radio change.

Maybe an audi Tt complete dash will do the trick

Engine is installed, audi TT tacho is installed, still a few things are not ready. Will post a full picture set when the car is ready (in around 4 weeks)

Still have to sort out a few things :
for ex.:


-need another speedo from a DSG car
-Ac is is not working since a few days
-I will need to deactivate some things in the ECU

But other then that the car works really good, and the DSG is super, I don't know how I will drive another manual again
