seat ibiza 6l lights

hi could someone help me. It's about the headlights, the lights come on when the ignition is turned on and the switch is at 0. This was on the car when I bought it, but now I want to turn it off and turn them on myself. I didn't find any option to turn them off through vcds lite. Thank you
