Hi all,

Was a bit bored this afternoon, so whilst sitting in the Ibiza with the aircon on, I was checking some system info on the media system.

First off was the maps...I was rocking 0802, but due to the thread below, I’m now on 1030.

I noticed that my software version was 0462. Now after some more googling I can see their is a 0469.

Where can I get this? Is it a VAG update?

Only reason I question it is on that screen it has an update button and when clicked it searches USB/SD.

Any info would be appreciated as my wife has a few issues with the Apple CarPlay which requires the old 10second power button manoeuvre.

They seem to be talking about Leon's regarding the software updates.

Carplay is funny as it can work perfectly for weeks and then suddenly out of the blue it needs the 10 second reset. I thought it had improved a fair bit since Apple released iOS 11.4 as I've not had as many crashes since.

My car was in the dealer's a couple of weeks agi getting the Seatbelt recal done. As I have had some weird issues witht he entertainment system I asked them to check for updates and they came back after and said there were none

So I take it you downloaded the tiguan version? If so which one head unit version did you choose?

My March 2018 Ibiza already has the updated firmware 0469. It still crashes on Carplay occasionally...
