Squeeky Passenger Door

Opened the passenger door of the car today and it is a little bit squeeky like the hinge could need oiling/greasing (probably due to me washing the car so much now the weather is good).

What oil/grease do I need to use to lube the door hinge - not too sure whether it is the top hinge or the bottom hinge.

vw use a spray grease on there hinges should be able to buy something the same from motor factors or halfrauds

The driver's door on my LCR is squeeking. Will WD40 sort it or does it need a proper greasing?
