Standard Air Mass figures?? (LC 180)

As title really, i have a feeling my maf is on its way out, just wanted to compare figures of a good one. Doesn't have to be across the rev range, maybe just max.

Getting Revo on monday so want to make sure everythings ok

Cheers mork, well it seems ok then at 150 g/s, car just feels a bit sluggish, very slightly hesitent (spelling). Already realined the TB. I'll keep looking!
