sunglass holder

hi guys can anyone tell me how they swapped the drivers side grab handle for a golf sunglasses holder. any related thread or advice is greatlyu appreciatred =)

It's just a simple screw out and screw in but certain ones need washers or a smaller screw as you can put a volcano in the roof
