Technology Pack - Question

I ordered my 1.2 TSI SE in Red back in February, finally taking delivery on Monday (can't wait ), with the tech pack on it. Does the sat nav come with built in speed cameras or is there an option where this can be added?

Also with the LED headlights, is there an option within the settings of the car to change them to European mode (instead of having to apply the beam converters) as I am going over to France for a week in a fortnights time. If not, does it mention anywhere that standard beam converters can be used or will i need to purchase specialist ones with them being LED lights? I asked this question to the dealer and no one there had any idea.

One final thing I'd like to know, if anyone can help, when connecting a phone via the Bluetooth and playing music via this, Is the system able to pick up music on Spotify or would i need to physically plug my phone in to play through this?

I'm sure you'll love it.

I've answered your Q wrt europe/lights on an other thread.

I've not noticed or looked into the sat nav question. If you find out how to get them on let me know as they aren't on as standard or not that I've noticed.

I've not tried spotify yet or anything like that yet. Though as the BT is A2DP and thats essentially what is used to transmit sound via BT to speaker units I assume that whatever is playing out of the device will be transmitted. I'll give it a go and let you know.

If you have an iphone don't expect to be able to manage your music from it other than the folder level you currently have selected. If you figure that one let me know too. Seems bizarre that i can manage everything else through the screen and controls yet the iphone is more trouble than its worth. I can manage the calls brilliantly - music not so.

I've got an old classic iPod for the car, think the battery is knackered in it but great for sitting in the glove box, hopefully that will work properly on the New Leon because on mine there's no folder structure you have to pick a playlist/album/artist/genre from the iPod and you can only skip forward backward in the tracks!

Just checked the steaming question. Basically AirPlay is employed and anything using the music player on the iPhone will be streamed as far as I can tell. I tried spotify and YouTube. As I've previously said the iPhone is the music controller for anything other than skipping tracks within a folder/album level.
