Hi, I'm about to install an underseat sub, so need to take the battery of for a while - Just wondering if there is there anything to look out for in terms of codes to be entered when I put it back on?

You may need to reset the one-touch window operation apparentoh, but this is done with the window buttons, not coded.

I ( now realized how stupid I was ) disconnected the battery to hard reset the infotainment system, I now have errors for parking brake, parking assist, esc, tyre pressure monitoring, front assist at least, any clue how I fix this mess ?

Thanks in advance

A bit late but the best solution is to use an OBD memory saver. It's an OBD connector with a pair of crocodile clips to attach to a second 12V battery. The car is never actually disconnected from a battery so no problems. They are available of eBay for about £8.
