so basically someone i know codes cars, bmw, seat, audi, VW, etc and one of the features they can enable is "increased throttle pressure" or "Throttle Response Increased "

is this really something that can be enabled on my seat leon 1.6 tdi 2015 SE tech pack?

I suspect what he's referring to is the acceleration profile. It can be changed to be linear or non-linear, which will alter how hard the engine accelerates depending on pedal position. It won't actually give you more power if that's the impression you had, but it will alter the feel of the pedal response to be more aggressive.

This can be done with Carista dongle and app, IF your car supports it.
