Problem fixed

Went from:-
06F 133 062 G (30-12-05) Siemens (Came with the Leon TFSI Sport 06)
to
06F 133 062 J (03-03-10) Continental (Brought from eBay not too long ago, failed & will be returning back)
to the latest...
06F 133 062 Q (10-05-120 Continental (Brought from eBay again, but this time success working fine!)

Fitted the throttle body this morning and it has solved my EPC issue, seems like Q is the way to go...

Hope this helps!

About 3-4 Casual Hours?

Jacking the car up
Axle stands (High Point, so I don't break my back working at a funny angle!)
Bonnet up
Remove the Under Guard Tray
Remove the 4 Bolts holding the Radiator Fans
Drop the Fans down (Remember to unclip the Power connector)
Remove the Intercooler Pipe from Below
Then Undo the clip on the Throttle Body
Then remove the pipe connecting from Throttle Body to Intercooler
Use a small rachet with extentions to remove the 4 screws holding the Throttle body
I didn't bother replacing the Gasket (Optional)?
Once it's all done just repeat the steps backwards (Job done)

Note:- This is just a rough guide and how I removed the Throttle body
