Throttle Valve issues (Please help!!!!!!) Leon Cupra

If anyone has had any throttle valve issues and managed to solve them or have any ideas on how I could solve mine, could you please read through this and give me any advice......
Anything is appreciated... This has been going on forever.....

OK then, basically under full throttle (full boost) my throttle only opens up to 48%. I should be above 95%.

I have checked Lambda readings, MAP readings and all the wiring to and from the throttle.
Also recalibrated the throttle pedal.

I have exchanged the ECU, with other ones and put everything back to stock to test the throttle valve issues but the issue persists.

Just for info, I currently have all the hardware for a stage 2+ tune and am running a conservative tune. Also have WAtermeth but it is currently all turned off.

I have been to two different garages and no one seems to be able to figure it out. The last garage I went to thinks it can now only be something electrical, but sensors are not showing any faults and all the wiring was checked and everything is ok on that front.

If anyone has any ideas or has had a similar or even the same issue I would really really appreciate any help even if it seems trivial... I just want to have my car back..... so any help would be greatly appreciated....

Agreed, sounds like the throttle body needs recalibrated. It can be caused by cleaning it or unplugging it. Can only be done with VCDS afaik.

The throttle valve/body was swapped out with a second hand one that one of the garages had spare. That did help a little as the previous valve would never open more than 48% and now it opens to 90% but then cuts back to about 50% for a split second and then back up to 90%.
If I am not mistaken the valve should open to between 95-100% on full boost.

To be honest I don't know if either of them were calibrated but I will definitely look into it.

It has been an ongoing issue now for so long that I am so sick of it. Just want my car back without having any damn problems.

Yep, the throttle body had been recalibrated...

Can u post the logs? Are you sure there is enough fuel available for the air flow?

I don't have them myself, I will try and get them to post them on here.
