If that is the older 1.4 16V port injection engine, ie not turbo charged, then it really needs a new cam belt every 5 years, along with a new water pump maybe very other belt change, so your one probably needs both now.
Always safer to use the complete kit offered as normally it is not the belt that fails by itself, ie it is let down by other drive line components - that will be included in the kit, that new coolant as well and might as well replace the auxiliary belt as it will be getting removed as will the coolant when the water pump gets replaced.
