Ive got an uprated front arb with new bushes. 21mm, and still to get one for the back. So all the wishbone bushes then.

got a question about the S3 lower brace do you have to fit it with both front wheels on the ground ie up on ramps or in the air

I had the same idea about the s3 lower brace. Did you get the parts from the stealers? I wouldn't think it matters where the car is when you fit it, but I'd like to see you trying while it's on the floor rofl!

What are the dims of your bar stock? flat I hope, like 4mm x 40mm I expect I don't know how long I need though?

Filling of voided bushes is not that uncommon, I've done it myself in the past, not as stiff as a polybush but noticeable when I did my micra engine mounts and far far cheaper.

im not that slim to doit with the car on floor i meant up them ramps you drive up looking at your pic tho dont think you'd get up them its a push with mine .

I got the parts from VAG parts in stockport its where the stealers go around there if they need parts urgent ,must admit they are cheaper than stealers but not on all parts some are same as stealer (body part etc) i priced up the cupra R kit (everything) was about £1100 if i remember duno if thats cheap or not really.

The bar i got is made of steel its 10mm thick, 30mm width and i got it 23inches long so i can file ends down to a smooth finish and once i drill the holes in the right place im gonna sand it down and paint it yellow to match my calipers and also to seal it from rusting i suppose , I think the OEM bar is made of aluminium and looks like it was a tube which has been flattened i think dont hold me to it .

What did you fill the voids with on your micra out of interest?
