Turbo whistle or vaccum

Hi all happy Monday,
Looking for some advice.
I have a whistling issue for 2.0 tdi 2009 leon.
I notice this when I'm in gear 4 or 5 and letting of the accelerator, I have recently had a new turbo about 3 months ago maybe 4 and a couple of weeks ago I put a cat back exhaust on.
Have not really checked the noise out yet as have not had time but if there's any advice on where to look or what to do it would be much appreciated

Update, been under the car today, had a look at all the boost pipes and any bloody pipe that holds air, little feel around and seems to be no leak. Even used the washing up liquid and couldn't see no bubbles, but listened to my new turbo and heard a faint noise ... any advise thanks ...
