Two passenger driveshafts, two part no's. SOLVED

Hi folks ,

I mentioned to my mechanic ive got suspicions my passenger DS has an issue, so he just gives me a used complete one that he has sitting there, sweet.

Only thing is, comparing the numbers on them they're one letter different, and looking the part no's up gives me way more different no's so im now more confused lol

Anyone able to shed some light if its compatible?

Current DS no: 1j0407271LN
Spare DS no: 1j0407271LA

All I needed to hear. No idea if it’s just a cv joint that’s gone or what, but at least I know I can use it as a donor if not a straight swap.

I have some cupra c.v joints if you want them . They are brand new. I was gonna change them but then went threw the race car build instead
