Need some help and advice, looking to upgrade from 18” to 19” genuine cupra alloys.
Will it be a straight fit or do I need to do anything else to ensure no issues

Thanks guys

Hi, I dont know in UK (if you are in UK) but here in Germany it must be "MOT approved" even if fits.
Apart from the look, I dont consider an upgrade going from 18 to 19... I enjoyed much more my ex Cupra with 18 tbh. If you really want to get 19" I would get a lighter wheels like OZ ultraleggera or similar.

I am in the uk, it’s more for the cosmetic look than anything else, I don’t drive the car very hard so don’t think it will have much an impact in terms of drivability and enjoyment.

personally i'd advise against it.
but if you are doing for looks only, then that's up to you.
if you fit the correct tyres and get the correct offset there should be no issues. assuming you have not slammed it as well?

They are genuine Cupra alloys and I believe it’s the correct offset and it’s a straight fit, I haven’t lowered the car and don’t intend on doing so.
Just looking for some advice more than anything.

I would keep the 18" for winter tires.
You will have no problems fitting those 19"

Maybe this will help you.
Front my winters in 18", stock 19" on rears.
