USB panel broken

Hello I have a 17 plate seat leon. Over the weekend I was plugging in my phone and I pushed a bit too hard as its awkward and pushed the panel into the car.

Does anyone how I go about putting it back into place?

I've taken a panel off the passenger side footwear thinking I'd be able to reach through but had no look.

Any help would be hugely appreciated

Do you know if the USB panel is held with clips? If so if I have snapped them can I buy them somewhere.
