Videos on USB

Hi Again
Can anyone tell me what video format to use in order to view my videos on the infotainment screen? The video list shows on the screen from the USB and it will play the sound track from the videos but no picture? it will also show my picture list on the USB but no picture on the screen when selected.

I used mp4 file to test it. It may depend on coding used in the file.

You have to be stationary to play video. Otherwise, it will only play sound.

Where do you connect that USB stick? Center console?

Got it! I converted my video files to 1080p and they work now on the screen, but not full screen? still cant get to view the pictures on the USB stick? probably another type of format than I use to view my pictures on the computer?
