Viewing MPG

Just been reading and noticed you can view your MPG on some of the cars, is this possible with all the Mk4's or just the recentish ones?

Only with models that have a trip computer.
Mine has buttons on the end of my windscreen wiper stalk.

Cupra has them
FR's Have them
1.9TDI Sports have them (Old FR's)

My 1.2 sx with all options ticked didnt
and my PD100 1.9TDI Sportrider didn't.

It is possibly the worst thing you can have (IMO)

Ever since I got it in my LCR I didn't take my eyes off it, especially when it read 14.9 Always trying to get it as high (or low ) as I could

does anyone else find with them how one minute u have eg 80 miles left, u go around a round about or down a hill then u only have 65 or something and it never goes back up?

it doesn't dispaly 79, 78, 77, 76 miles left so it just jumps down, is that what you mean?

like it goes 25 > 20 > 15 > 10 > 5 > 0

No they only go down in 5's anyway on mine, let's say it
says u have 70 mile
left on the estimate milage left, go around a round about and it goes down to 50 with the fuel going to one side

Nope
And yes it jumps down so like 80 miles left, 60 miles left, 40, 20, 10
