wat happens with blue smoke??

hi folks iv got a leon cupra r and iv noticed over the past few days that blue smoke has jst started to appear..but its not using that much oil. (im not topping up every few days) is my car safe to drive untill i get it fixed??? and also, wat cud b the suspect of the blue smoke??

Usually blue smoke means its burning oil, how does the turbo feel?
How much oil is it using? 1lt a week? 1lt a Month? Less?

Blue smoke on idle/startup or while driving?

If it's while driving it's the turbo seals gone, if it's on idle it's usually worn piston rings or too thin oil getting into the combustion chamber.
