excellent!!! tell me a quick one, you know when you turn your ignition off, does your mileage stay up on the clocks along with the time? as someone has taken the fuse outta mine. if i put a 5amp back in it does, looking into it as my tolly loses the trip and time every time i turn the ignition off...BTW Soz to hijack thread!

Try an italian tune up - other words find a long steep climb (I used Hirwaun to Baverstocks before the 60mph limit was enforced) stay in 3rd or 4th gear nd hold the revs at around 4000 rpm to the topthis should burn the turbo clean - I did this with the other halfs golf tdi and removed limp mode after this once a month or so repeat the clean.

Might be good to have a northern meet somewhere central like betws-y-coed. Go for drive round snowdonia. I'm seem to remember there's a few good roads ;-). Then back to betws-y-coed for tea then all go our separate ways.
