who has anti lag/launch control

I know there is a bit on here about it but i want to speak to someone that has had it done to see how they done it, what needs doing, what it's like to live with and if it is worth doing

Mappers can map it into the ecu now
It only activates on clutch position switch so if driven normally will be like OE, I hope you have rods fitted though

I havnt done anything yet as i am just looking at the minute to see if it is worth doing as it looks and sounds really good

Technically it is mapped into mine just disabled
Although it does look and sound like a nice party piece it does require some monies spent on groundwork to make sure it doesn't blow itself apart

Is a couple of pops and bangs worth that?
Unless you want to take it up to serious power not worth it. Spend the £1100 on mapping, inter cooler, exhaust, filter, suspension etc etc.
Power ain't nothing without blah blah blah...

there's the boost build launch control type anti lag type or soft launch type which would be less destructive to your hardware

not advised on std motor at all.. it breaks things, turbo, wastegate, exhaust valves, etc
