Winter wheels

I know this is forward planning and I have had a quick search but still a bit unsure. Will 17" alloys fit over the standard Cupra 280 front calipers and disks?

Yes they will. I have some 17" Audi TT-wheels on mine, not much room but they fit. One thing to consider can be if the weights of the wheels are too big, they could possibly rub against the front calipers. But most wheel-weights are thin enough to not be in the way.

Does any one know, which ET is normal for R17 wheels?
As I can find the parametersis:R17 7j pcd 5x112 dia 57.1
And I can see Et49 and et51 disks as a standart size.
What if I will use et47? or et54? Is this sizes is accepteble or not?

these will fit the 280 have them on mine, just change the centre cap
