For the ones that have a metal casing, I just went to town on the casing with a hammer and chisel. Once it had deformed sufficiently, it fell out.

For the ones that are just rubber, I used a threaded bar, a couple of nuts and an assortment of sockets to draw them out.

Hi, Does anyone have a link to a guide on how to remove the Front wishbone, Rear bushes?

Any Info would help :)

If you still have the OEM non cupra ones fitted then use a hacksaw ( the case is just plastic on them )

Once you have removed the wishbone from the bush you will be able to see through it.
Put the hacksaw blade through the gap in the bush and attach your hacksaw frame.
Cut the bush just enough to go through its outer case.

It will pull out very easy then.

Putting the cupra ones in is a little harder because they are metal cased.

Have a look here - http://briskoda.net/forums/topic/92625-fabia-wishbone-bush-replacement-diy-guide/
