Would these fit a Leon 5F FR?

Just wondering - anyone know if these would fit a Leon? They look similar and they are cheaper than a respray...

I'll probably leave them grey (titanium pack) but if I was going to swap these would be around the same price as getting them wrapped and I would have a second set.
