wrong cable????please help

hi i think i got the wrong cable my cars pin outs are 1,4,5,7,13,16(seat toledo 99 t reg agz engine)and the cable pin outs are2,4,5,9,10(RS232 KKL OBD2 Diagnostic cable ) when i tyest vag com it says interface found and when i auto scan it chcks the first few then says i have to buy it (dont want to if it doesnt work)if i scan each module seperately it says no comunication.and when i do test it says ports status ok,type serial pass through,
opto/iso no,ross-tech design yes,also on obd-11 compatability check i get result protocl keyword:0808,iso9142-2 compatible

thought it was not workin properly as can only check modules1,3,8,17,25,33,46,56,just didnt seem alot when theres so many also cant find module 33
