SO had to get the Turbo Actuator fixed a couple of weeks ago, when I got the car back I noticed a knocking noise that seemed to be coming from the fron offside. Anyway took it in the other day and they have had to replace the Dop link. They said it was nothing to do with the Last problem but unsure of something has been left loose. Also needed the passenger seatbelt buckle replaced (again) as it was making a twanging sound.

Sounds like quite the nightmare. What causes the actuators to go?
They said they had a few people with the same issue and were putting it down to cars not being used during the lockdown. Seems a bit rubbish to me that a VW group car has major parts that sieze after 2 months of reduced (not totally unused) use.

I wonder if there's any recommended way of preventing that.
