Hi All. I hope this hasn't already been covered, I couldn't see anything on a search.

I'm looking to get a key blade cut for my Mk4 Leon so I can put that inside my wetsuit when I go into the sea. I've been using the blade from my spare fob, but I'm worried over time it's going to rust or get damaged so would rather get a spare cut, like I always have done with all previous cars.

My local key cutting place told me that blanks are not available for the 2022 Leon. Does anybody know if that's actually the case? Key cutting places are few and far between where I live, so I can't easily just pop down the road to the next one and ask the same question!

The solution I use is this.

Cheaper than a new key and works really well, plus helps fund the RNLI

Thanks, i've used aquapacs over the years, but have generally found them a bit bulky and most have eventually given up the ghost and leaked at some point. I find a key on string round the neck works best for me, I'm just not sure if its possible get a spare cut
