Suspension kits!?

I've just recently fitted the Gmax springs and shocks to my 97/R.
Only running on 15's atm, trying to find some nice 17's to go on there.
Looks a bit funny as the back is now seriously lower than the front from first look, but the cars actually level. Gonna try and post some pics up soon.

Yes it is the damening that is adjustable.
So you can turn it down or up for comfort or not

It does thanks. Just need to measure up on my Ibiza tonight to see if the drop is enough.

this is the set I've fitted. Not adjustable, but seem very good so far, plenty of tyre screech going round tight bends, still trying to work out if that's a good thing or not...

I'd go with the konis personally, they're a better make and adjustable

I think your better off sticking with a make you know and trust
We all know that Koni`s are excellent and work well on the VAG range
