You will not be able to use wobbly bolts to fit a 5x100 wheel to a 5x112 hub or vice versa. The biggest difference that a wobbly bolt will cater for is 2mm ( for example, 5x98 Alfa fitment to 5x100 VW fitment etc etc.) The only ways that you can fit a 5x100 wheel to your Seat is either to have the hub redrilled to 5x100 or to use adaptors. Basically the adaptor has 10 holes in it. Five are threaded, five are not. Five are at 5x100, five are at 5x112.
You bolt the adaptor to the hub using the unthreaded holes (5x112) using the bolts that come with the adaptor and you then bolt you wheel to the adaptor using the five threaded holes (5x100) and your standard wheel bolts. Adaptors come in various thicknesses from about 15mm up to 45mm so obviously your wheels are going to sit further out which may well cause clearance problems depending on their off-set.
If you Google 5x112 to 5x100 wheel adaptors you will get a list of suppliers and prices and you will also see a pic. of what they actually look like.
