boost or lag

Hello, right so.. My intercooler piping, joiners, o-rings, clips and have all but gave up and I’m looking at replacing the standard system with a discrete front mount intercooler kit. Been looking at this kind of set up and I am planning on replacing the piping and , possibly the turbo too...

Hi All My turbo recently made a new whining noise for about a week before dying completely -- zero boost followed by dense smoke out the back. I have had a new genuine turbo installed, but now having trouble with boost/lag. The turbo : 1. Cant feel kick in (boost) until around 2100 rpm...
