peak

Car is fast, it is not in limp mode but there is no peak boost..it goes to 0.8, 0.9 bar on 3000rpm and holds almost until redline..then drops to 0.7ish on 6500 rpm.. So higher rpm boost levels seem just fine, but there is no peak boost on 3000 rpm..it used to peak boost at 1.4 bar... So i made...

In 5th and 6th gear I sometimes see a peak boost of 27-28psi around 3500rpm's.. then it slowly drops to like 25psi at 4500rpms... should I be worried? I only notice this sometimes when I want to torque my self up a hill in relatively high speed. :think:

Hi all, i was just wondering if anyone has had a simular problem or can explain what is happenning? Well.... i just upgraded my turbo to a ko3s from ko3 i have NOT yet had it re-mapped, the turbo was brand new etc. so no play in shafts or anything like that. Basically when i hit peak boost...

Hi all im having a problem with the cupra....my car will spike at 21-22psi and hold a healthy 18psi. Ive swapped all my hose clamps on the car for even load clamps with worm gears on them....i doubt its a boost leak but i havent had chance to check yet. The symptoms are when im giving the car...

Boost question? Just tested the boost in my car using vagcom. was registering between 1670 and 1740 am i right in understanding the max is 1800? does my results sound ok to anyone in the know? ta

Intake LCD temp guage. Work in progress pics, did plan on having it cut into the card holder but the profile is too great. Gunno fill out the sides with some matching plastic. Then have to run the probe to the intercooler. Backlight is indentical to the rest of the cupra's guages...
